Exceeding Customer Service Expectations From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to having my Jeep serviced, the service rep, Joe Murray, exceeded my customer expectations. From past experiences at other dealerships, sometimes the customer is basically told to go sit in the showroom and wait. Mr. Murray explained what needs to be done, how long it might take based on work load, and offered a rental car if I'd rather not wait at the dealership. He was very professional and did not treat me as just another service number. I appreciated that. I decided to rent a car and the Payless rental agent I dealt with, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was also very professional and courteous. Lastly, Scott Betti, the sale rep that worked with me during the buying process, came out to see me in the Service area outside. He asked if there was anything he could do for me. Another plus for Firkins. More

I had a wonderful Salesman named Brett, he was great. I had a petty good experience. I wasn’t happy when someone said to me “We don’t have to sell you this car” because I was asking too many questions an I had a petty good experience.
