Most oil changes take about 1 hour. I sat at the dealer shop for 3 hours. I requested tires to be 40 psi. Tires where 34 psi . Driver door squeaks, no attention given . Still squeaking More

He explained what it would likely be and went on to emphasize that they would do a thorough check to diagnose the exact problem ASAP. He suggested I might be more comfortable waiting in the costumer lounge (great set-up). Not too long after, he contacted me, told me what was wrong, was checking to determine if it was covered by the manufacturer's warranty (it was), and offered a ride home with your courtesy vehicle.
