excellent service I bought a new break light for my Durango it was installed but it still did not work so Joe Murray suggested I bring the vehicle back at later time so I bought a new break light for my Durango it was installed but it still did not work so Joe Murray suggested I bring the vehicle back at later time so they could run an electrical diagnostic on vehicle > he even discounted the work that was just done because I waited there for around 2 hours for them to get break light changed and that did not correct the problem Joe was very courteous and understanding and tried very hard to work with me on my vehicle issues . so I would have no problem recommending Firkins to anyone else that needs automotive work donr . He explained what it would likely be and went on to emphasize that they would do a thorough check to diagnose the exact problem ASAP. He suggested I might be more comfortable waiting in the costumer lounge (great set-up). Not too long after, he contacted me, told me what was wrong, was checking to determine if it was covered by the manufacturer's warranty (it was), and offered a ride home with your courtesy vehicle. Exceeding Customer Service Expectations From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to having my Jeep serviced, the service rep, Joe Murray, exceeded my customer expectations. From past experiences at other dealerships, sometimes the customer is basically told to go sit in the showroom and wait. Mr. Murray explained what needs to be done, how long it might take based on work load, and offered a rental car if I'd rather not wait at the dealership. He was very professional and did not treat me as just another service number. I appreciated that. I decided to rent a car and the Payless rental agent I dealt with, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was also very professional and courteous. Lastly, Scott Betti, the sale rep that worked with me during the buying process, came out to see me in the Service area outside. He asked if there was anything he could do for me. Another plus for Firkins. More
