Wait time. My appointment was for 10:00 am. Car was not serviced until I complained at 11:50. I was told car was done around 12:10. REALLY!!! Done in 20 min My appointment was for 10:00 am. Austin broke the ice with calm conversation and gave us a little information we requested. As we shared information and looked at various vehicles, there was no pressure and Austin made us feel comfortable. All our questions and concerns were answered with respect for the customer.
