He let us test drive several different jeeps and then took us around the lot looking at all our options. Never pushing us for the sale! Wait time. My appointment was for 10:00 am. Car was not serviced until I complained at 11:50. I was told car was done around 12:10. REALLY!!! Done in 20 min My appointment was for 10:00 am.
