When I was told that my vehicle was coming around to me after a wash, I asked the receptionist if someone could possibly help me with my lift and with steading me as I walked from the back of my van to the front. She introduced me to Todd. He went outside where I was greeted by Shaun and another gentleman. All three of them graciously made sure that I got into my van safely. Shaun even cleaned a smudge that one of the mechanics had left on the inside of my door. Why do I go to Firkins? One reason I go is that they take good care of my car. Shawn was our salesman and he was great. He showed us different classes of the jeep after asking a few questions about what our wants were. He let us test drive several different jeeps and then took us around the lot looking at all our options. Never pushing us for the sale!
