When I was told that my vehicle was coming around to me after a wash, I asked the receptionist if someone could possibly help me with my lift and with steading me as I walked from the back of my van to the front. She introduced me to Todd. He went outside where I was greeted by Shaun and another gentleman. All three of them graciously made sure that I got into my van safely. Shaun even cleaned a smudge that one of the mechanics had left on the inside of my door. Why do I go to Firkins? One reason I go is that they take good care of my car.
