Austin broke the ice with calm conversation and gave us a little information we requested. As we shared information and looked at various vehicles, there was no pressure and Austin made us feel comfortable. All our questions and concerns were answered with respect for the customer. If Austin didn't have an answer, he found someone who was experienced in that area. A great team. Sales guy was great Edin was wonderful. He understand our budget and he was able to make our deal work. His manager however was not as friendly. He had a number in mind a Edin was wonderful. When he found out another dealership could make us a deal he settled. When we went back I was happy to give Edin the sale but his manager would not even look at us. I was disappointed in the mannerism as far as the management went but the other staff was amazing!!! I would highly recommend this crews to anyone just be prepared to deal with a hard ball as far as the manager goes. Thank you Edin and Craig for a great experience 👍 More
