This is the worse service department I've ever visited in my life. I pulled in for a roof leak warranty issue and oil change on my 2020 Ram truck. I also asked them to move what I thought was a full size spa my life. I pulled in for a roof leak warranty issue and oil change on my 2020 Ram truck. I also asked them to move what I thought was a full size spare to the front passenger side, after having to recently replace my front driver side tire. Instead of telling me that the spare for this truck wasn't a full size spare, they sent me home driving on a small dirty spare and told me to make the 45 mile round trip on that spare to return the next day to switch them out.
