Mike and his colleagues in the Collision Center did a fabulous repair job. They had to deal with our Insurance Company’s appraisal service which was to put it very mildly horrific. Mike was like a bulldog calling/ emailing the Appraisal Company’s Regional Manager and Vice President many times until they finally returned his calls so he could “civility “ raise concerns with their appraiser’s estimates and work out a resolution. He was successful and his team repaired and returned our much needled family Van in time for the holidays. My family and I are very grateful! More
