This is the worse service department I've ever visited in my life. I pulled in for a roof leak warranty issue and oil change on my 2020 Ram truck. I also asked them to move what I thought was a full size spa my life. I pulled in for a roof leak warranty issue and oil change on my 2020 Ram truck. I also asked them to move what I thought was a full size spare to the front passenger side, after having to recently replace my front driver side tire. Instead of telling me that the spare for this truck wasn't a full size spare, they sent me home driving on a small dirty spare and told me to make the 45 mile round trip on that spare to return the next day to switch them out. Bought a 2013 Honda crv drove it less then 500 miles and the steering went out. It cost over 2200 dollars to get fix. They said they service and checked it out after a 15 mile drive.
