Purchased brand new Dodge Ram rebel 1500. $60,000 with 35 miles. Today I have 22000. Had to bring it in three times radio, camera, water on floor board. No one figured out the water waiting for it to return so that I can prove my point because your service department told me nothing is wrong but it happens… anyways just picked my truck back up and guess what the radio is shorting out and the truck is telling me to check the fuel throttle control… ??? Do all new trucks have all these issues? I don’t have time to go back and forth I don’t want a truck that needs attention every other week. Give me cash value I’ll walk away…so long as I’m not losing. Then I call yesterday to make an appointment 3 times finally asked not to be transferred anymore. I gave all my info no one returned my call yesterday. I need another service call. Mean while I’m trying to run a small business and it’s effecting my time management going back and forth to your dealership. More
