Joe Murray's value i had electronic issues that finally forced me to have my car towed in to the dealership. as usual when i called Joe Murray he simply told me to have i had electronic issues that finally forced me to have my car towed in to the dealership. as usual when i called Joe Murray he simply told me to have the tow driver to ask for him and he would handle it. on top of saying that, he promised me he would call me with a full update prior to him going on vacation as i was leaving town the next morning on a business trip. he called when the car was repaired and explained exactly what, why and how the car was repaired and it would be waiting on my when i returned from a business trip. every single time i come in for basic service or any other issue Joe is all over it and doesn't need to check his file or call me back when i ask questions about my car. since i still work his estimation of the time required for my service needs is huge to my work schedule. Having a service adviser like Joe adds tremendous value to my continued support of Firkins .. My opinion of Joe's performance and his ability to add value to your brand keeps customers like me.
