I went to look at a Dodge Caravan with my boys ages 12, twins 7 and an 19 month old and the staff not only were they helpful they played with my 19 month old and had him cracking up. Rich is great I enjoy Firkins. Quick and easy and Rich is very personable. I brought my Jeep in for 2 issues and one was fixed. The fan for the AC still rattles I enjoy Firkins. Quick and easy and Rich is very personable. I brought my Jeep in for 2 issues and one was fixed. The fan for the AC still rattles and makes a noise that is very annoying. Not sure if I need to try a new Jeep dealership or what the deal is. Maybe it's a malfunction with the 2017 Overland. I would love a follow up because I love my Jeep but I can't handle the clicking sound. It will either get fixed or I'll trade it in and get another X5 acknowledging Jeep has some short falls. More
