Worst Experience of my Life The sales staff here are friendly (especially Rhonda) and the GM Jorge Mendez is the friendliest, most helpful person at this dealership. John Gross, the CFO has tried to be helpful; however, the service department, Rob Lohbauer, and Chrysler have treated me so badly that I am selling my car and I will never set foot in this dealership again, despite all the warranties I paid for. Right at 70,000 miles my Jeep started stalling intermittently. I brought it in and after 3 days was told I could pick it up. I showed up and was told they didn't even have the part I need and I would have to come back. Rich apologized and was friendly but this was just the beginning of what has turned out to be the worst experience in my life in any type of consumer transaction. I picked it up the next day but it stalled again less than 24 hours later at 45 mph. They told me to bring it in. I told them i was afraid to drive it and asked them to tow it. They refused. I tried to drive it up but it stalled on my way. I had someone take me up to the dealership where I eventually met with Jorge Mendez. I was told they would tow it, take a couple day to have a Chrysler rep look at it and if they couldn't find the problem, they would help me get trade-in assistance with Chrysler. He told me Rob Lohbauer would call me in an hour. That call never happened. I ended up working it out myself to have the car towed. After days in the shop and Firkins not being able to find the issue, I eventually spoke to the CFO, John Gross, who again said they would work with me. He even said "We want to take care of you and make this right. He apologized for the lack of communication and poor interactions with the service department and also said, "a lady like you shouldn't be left broken down. It's dangerous and we understand this has been an emotional roller coaster with this car." I was promised this would be taken care of, and I trusted them. After 6 days in the shop Chrysler never came out and looked at my car. Service is trying to tell me there is nothing wrong with it despite the fact they told me over the phone when it was brought back in there was something with the ECU. I finally did speak with Rob, or should I say he spoke at me, demanding a take the car back in it's current condition without repair. He continuously cut me off and spoke over me. I actually asked him to let me speak about 3 times in a 5 minute conversation and he said "No you're not listening. This problem is between you and Chrysler. We can't do anything for you." I explained that Jorge and John told me that Firkins said they would help me. He said "I am sorry they told you that but those were false statements." Yes, the director of service told me that the GM and CFO were making "false statements." Those were his exact words. I was in shock. I reported to Chrysler, as I was told to. All they did was call the dealership and then called me back and said: "the vehicle is running as it was manufactured to. Continue to drive the vehicle and when it happened again, call a tow truck immediately and have it towed to Firkins." They added that their power train was only warranted for 70,000 miles so I'm on my own thereafter. I am done with this company and this dealership. I have been nothing but kind and I have done my best to be patient because the staff (other than Rob) was so friendly. But friendliness and customer service are not the same. I am now stuck with a non-drive-able vehicle with a $550/month car payment, despite the extended warranty. More

The other sales persons were courteous to me as well. The finance department was fine. I really don't like financing but it was unavoidable in this case. The finance crew were respectful enough. The entire team tried to get me in and out as I requested (quickly). I did not fee any hard presser to buy but since I was in no rush and I did let them know that, this was really not a factor this day. Overall, yes I would buy another car from them if the occasion arises and I would like to give a special thanks to my sales man Dean Hannemann who hung in there with me. I believe he had help from others but he was the one I finished with so thank you Buddy! More
