If you work with Justin, you’ll see that he’s a natural at what he does and is a pleasure to work with. His efficiency is outstanding and he is human, which is what I was hoping for in a salesman. Kristine made the finance process a breeze and easy to understand. She has a down to earth personality that makes you want to talk with her. I wasn’t sure what vehicle I’d end up with, but the service at Jeep is what solidified my decision to go with Jeep. Much improved experience with Firkins sales department! Three years ago we did not have a positive experience and leased a jeep from another dealership. Did not think we would return to Firkins sales, however, my husband was approached by Theresa Stevens, sales representative, during a service appointment while looking at vehicles in the parking lot. Based on his experience with Theresa we decided to visit Firkins dealership and we are so glad we did. We had a very positive experience with Theresa, Cory Dean and Carl Kovach. There was no typical back and forth with the sales rep and sales manager. Cory addressed us directly and was quick, efficient with the deal. We did not plan to make a decision during our visit but we were offered a great offer and we decided to lease a new jeep. Carl was also great to deal with, the contract process was state of the art...fast. efficient and paperless. Theresa was excellent during the entire sales process, followed up the next day and is a pleasure to do business with. We can highly recommend Firkins and Theresa Stevens. We have had positive experience with the service department during the past few years and now pleased to say we had a positive experience with the sales department. More

Start/Stop Never resolved my issue. My start/stop feature still not working. Seems no one I've talked to in the Jeep organization can figure out the problem Only Never resolved my issue. Other dealers were much higher priced and wouldn’t even entertain negotiating with me. I can tell you that even with paying the shipping company to have my car shipped to me in Texas the out the door price was still $1000 less than the local guys. I highly recommend Firkins!! More
