DEALERSHIP WAS CLEAN. PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY WE HAD BEEN CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM KASPER. I HAD JUST PURCHASED A NEW 2020 FORD ESCAPE. IT WAS A 4 CYLINDER. MY HUSBAND WANTED A 6 CYCLINDER, SO WE DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ONE. WE HAD TWO PREVIOUS TOYTOA'S. SINCE YOU HAD CALLED ME, WE DECIDED TO DRIVE TO SANDUSKY TO SEE IF WE COULD TRADE CARS. I MIGHT SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET BACK WHAT I HAD JUST PAID FOR THE ESCAPE WHEN IT HAD JUST OVER 1000 MILES ON IT.
