Very disapointed with purchase of new tires for 2022 Venza. My new Michelin Primacy tour tires have a vibration when driving. Apearently this due to flat spots after vehicle sits for awhile. I asked for a quite and smooth riding tire. Service did not inform me of this issue before my purchase but after my purchase I ask about this issue and they quickly acknowledge the flat spot issues and their was nothing that can be done to address this. Have lost confidence in their service after this over $1200 on sale purchase.
