I went to Kasper looking for a reasonably priced car because of my average credit. The salesman I dealt with (Norm Burke) was extremely helpful and friendly and although we were not able to make a deal because of my average credit. Everywhere else I went pretty much shuffled me out the door when they saw my credit report, not Norm he sat with me and explained all my options I will definitely be back within the next couple of months. Brian Romell took advantage of the fact I didn't know I was supposed to get a better deal. I went to Kasper because I saw a good rating for him here, then found out by talking to some people in Sandusky th was supposed to get a better deal.
