We did our research and decided to buy a Venza but weren't sure what Toyota dealer we wanted to go to. My wife works in Cleveland so there were a lot of choices to shop. We stopped in at Kasper Toyota in Sandusky and we were greeted by Susan Missig. Susan wasn't what we had anticipated as a sales person as our previous experience in dealerships was always a big run around. Susan was fantastic! She got us the color and options we were looking for and the price we thought was fair. We were introduced to the service and parts manager as if we were part of the family. Susan gave us her cell number after showing us how to use our navigation and said if we had any questions to call her on her cell phone. Now that's a first! We couldn't be more pleased with our new Venza and Susan for making car buying an extreme pleasure. I would definitely recommend buying from Susan Missig at Kasper Toyota. More

I would like to compliment Todd Case in sales. He could not have done a better job "selling". Over the course of two weeks and two visits to this dealership, I was given attention and time, the most impor not have done a better job "selling". Over the course of two weeks and two visits to this dealership, I was given attention and time, the most important of all was the time. On my first visit, I met Todd and Matt Maschari. I had stopped in late in the day but was still able to test drive two vehicles, neither of which was suitable. Even though business hours were over, both Todd and Matt were more than willing to sit and answer my questions and listen to a complete description of what I was looking for in a car. I was comfortable at the end of that visit and looking forward to the possibility of doing business at Kasper Toyota. Over the next two weeks I received calls from Todd to confirm that I was still in the market for a vehicle and to alert me regarding recent additions on the lot. Again, I want to state that Todd was fantastic... I test drove a total of 3 vehicles, with Todd along for the ride... they were 3 of the best test drives I have ever experienced. I can only hope that future test drives on future car buying endeavors will even come close to the same quality. Todd was diligent in seeking solutions to the issues I had with any of the vehicles I test drove. He wanted me to be comfortable and happy with any final agreement and ultimate purchase. More

I found myself in the car market because my car had broken down and the cost of repairs exceeded the value of the car. I searched used car inventories of local dealerships online before going out, and based on their advertised prices and the "Warranty for Life" offer, I decided to stop at Kasper Toyota. My husband and I were greeted as we came in the door by Les Booth. He was very polite, and not the least bit pushy. I told him I had been looking at their inventory online, and I mentioned 3 or 4 of the vehicles I was interested in. He showed us the vehicles and we decided to test drive two of them. Both vehicles were just as they had been advertised, and the pricing was exactly as listed on the internet. The advertised price for each vehicle was below book value, and when you considered the warranty, they were just great deals. This was a great change from my past car shopping experiences where there was always your typical price haggling and high pressure sales. I experienced none of this behavior here. Just a fair price and very fair and friendly sales staff. After the test drives, we decided which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We were a bit nervous at this point because we really liked this car and our credit is not perfect. They were able to get us financed and we were out the door and on our way home in our "new" car that evening. My husband and I both agree that this was, without exception, the best (and easiest) car purchase experience either of us have had. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. Les was so easy to work with. His demeanor was just so friendly. I actually found myself forgetting he was a "car salesman". We will not hesitate to recommend this dealer to our friends, and will definitely go back in the future. More
