My husband recently had them check out the occasional steering resistance he felt on his Tacoma pickup and though no obvious problem was detected after thorough testing and soeaking with the technicians, we left there confident that the truck was safe to drive. Personable and Accomodating I initially stopped on a wimb to look at a truck I saw driving by the dealership and Met Mike Dryzal. He took me for a quick test drive on the spot a I initially stopped on a wimb to look at a truck I saw driving by the dealership and Met Mike Dryzal. He took me for a quick test drive on the spot and went over the truck with me. I was on the fence whether I wanted to buy or not and told him I'd get back to him. Not once did Mike pressure me or give me an unwanted phone call to close a sale. I took a few days due to prior obligations but, told Mike I would be in to get the truck. Iam usually on the go and don't have the time to sit and wait for the usual process. He was totally understanding of this and offered me some easy solutions. I showed up unscheduled to buy the truck and then met Dylan Crilly. He got all of my info in a timely fashion as I needed to get back to work. He went over the truck with me and never gave me any corny used car salesman lingo. Totally personable and professional while complimenting Mr. Dryzal on his abilities. He also assured me although Mike wasn't there, he would receive some credit for the sale as he deserved when I asked. Neither of them made the dealership look depserate to close a sale which is always relieving. Next was Tom Bare on the financial side. I was weary to use a co-signer or not due to just purchasing a house PLUS being over 100% upside down on the vehicle I was currently driving. Tom found me an extremely desirable rate, term and came in $30 below my monthly budget for the payments. I was really putting the pressure on these guys to get things moving fast and drive the car off the lot same day with only a few minutes to spare. They respected this and got it done. They were an amazing team and left me 100% satisfied all around. I will be referring any friends and family I can to these three. I couldnt have asked for a better customer experience, process and level of satisfaction. Thank you guys! More

Mike Rosen will find the car you want or need I did not even intend to lease a car that day, but Mike walked me through all the models and whatever upgrades they featured -- as well as a host of o I did not even intend to lease a car that day, but Mike walked me through all the models and whatever upgrades they featured -- as well as a host of other details associated with price, leasing agreements, the all-important 36K mile warranty, and much, much more -- until we found precisely what I wanted, which was a black on black A3 2.0T with 18" rims (sport and winter packages). He's a great guy; really patient; better than all that though, I had a lot of questions (I've never leased before) and he answered everything in detail (and I am a math person so I was trying to estimate every variation to get the best deal). Calm and collected, Mike is a pro. He also seemed happy for me that I got the car I wanted (even though it took some time to figure it out, a couple of test drives, and a couple of walk throughs -- and that was just on the car I leased!).
