I visited Fiore to see the vehicles on the lot, and Mike Rosen was more than willing to take some time to learn my needs. Spent time going over the specs on the Highlander, and took a test ride. In 2 days, Mike found the vehicle that I wanted and had it ready for pickup. I appreciated his approach...not too pushy, but interested enough to dig in and find what was important. Terrible service I bought new a2013 jetta tdi.I had a little over 9000 miles on it.I had to make a trip to the midwest in two weeks.I asked the service manager if I co I bought new a2013 jetta tdi.I had a little over 9000 miles on it.I had to make a trip to the midwest in two weeks.I asked the service manager if I could get it in for the scheduled 10000 mile warranty service before the trip.He said They were booked for the next two weeks and couldn't get it in.I was also told if I went over the 10000 mile service interval it may void the warranty.I offered to leave the car there thinking they could work it in.He said no that they were jammed.I asked him for advice on the subject,he said if it was him,he would park the car and rent another!I offered to change the oil,filter,fuel filter and do the other checks myself if he would enter it in their computer,also no.The service manager was rude, arrogant and another host of things I won't mention.All the people I talked to at Fiori's minus the sales staff were seemed to be angry,didn't want to help in any way.I never went back for service.I go 65 miles to Volkswagen of State College.I will never buy another car from Fiori.Many others I have talked to had similar experiences at Fiori. That is until Mike Rosen met us and gave us a great list of reasons why we should trade it, and within a few hours, we were the owners of a 2015 Rav 4, same color (love the Barcelona red) but with some added bells and whistles that we didn't know we needed but which are awesome!! There was absolutely no pressure from Mike and he gave us plenty of privacy and time to make our decision and we are glad we did. Mike knows his "stuff" and was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car to us. He made the whole experience so easy.
