15+ years I've been coming to Findlay, and the service is always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. I've gotten into the habit of staying at Findlay while my vehicle(s) are being serviced, as I know the turnaround is relatively short. No complaints. This time around I worked with Kevin, and like other Team members at Findlay, I was treated with kindness, respect, and like I belonged there. I've been in Vegas for over 20 years and have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Findlay. I've no reason not to continue doing so. Side note - I love the use of the i-pads. I can appreciate the tech behind it, but honestly love being able to "see" what is being discussed regarding recommended services. I know enough about vehicles to know I don't know anything, but the contextual images in relation to what my car needs is brilliant. Yeah, it's like a doctor pointing out things on an x-ray, but that's the whole point. Great add to the already high quality of your service team. More
The recent experience at the dealership was okay. Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same issue , of the audio system not wanting to boot up right away. This is very frustrating, for a 30k vehicle that is only 2 years old. My next car will probably not be a Toyota. Phill Crabtree was a nice fellow, my problem was not with him personally. My issue is the Toyota factory radio is awful. More

John Wong, my service consultant, was excellent. However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair However, the dealerships repair cost pricing was absolutely outrageous, as was the time to even examine the vehicle for the air conditioning repair ( 3.5 hours plus another 1.5 hours for the repair. The corolla needed a new cable that supposedly had been chewed through by rats. The dealership did not have the cable but repaired the wires for a cost of over $600, OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!! More
