So they said they turned the rotors . Upon inspection they hadn't but swore they had. Anyone who has rotors turned knows what they look like. The only good thing is the work they didnt do wasnt out of pocket. NO JOKE. More

Fluctuating Prices I have been a customer of Findlay Toyota's for over two years. I am at a point where my Toyota only needs maintenance every six months or so.... I hav I have been a customer of Findlay Toyota's for over two years. I am at a point where my Toyota only needs maintenance every six months or so.... I have always tried to use a TOYOTA coupon when available and my service goes down to about $60. I have notice though, that the service price fluctuates depending on the service writer. Sometimes it's as the coupon state's ($56.95 including all shop fees, plus tax) , which comes out to a little under $60 dollars. Most times, I don't bother with a dollar or so either way, but this last visit I decided to question it. Here's the way my invoice read: LABOR AMOUNT 24.52 PARTS AMOUNT 55.43 GAS,OIL LUBE 0.00 SUBLET AMOUNT 0.00 MISC. CHARGES 5.13 TOTAL CHARGES 85.08 LESS INSURANCE 23.00 (Whats this ?, I don't have insurance, so I guess my original charge was $85.05) SALES TAX 4.99 Total 67.07 ...and here's what Thomas Rayl, Service Director, said about the charged amount, " I don't see anything wrong with this invoice, it is fine". I attempted to contact Findlay Toyota Management regarding this issue meeting with negative results.....When going to this dealer always ask for the "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" before agreeing to the service.... Love these guys I really love these guys. I came in with what I thought was a problem and asked for the supervisor. Doug came out and explain things to me, turns out I really love these guys. Don't let them screw you I went in for my first service and was pleased to be offered a car wash. I was then notified I had unremarkable a nail in the side wall of a tire wit I went in for my first service and was pleased to be offered a car wash. I was then notified I had unremarkable a nail in the side wall of a tire with less than 5000 miles on it and it would be $300 for a new tire. After seeing that the nail was 2" from side wall I realized they were trying to rip me off. If I hadn't signed this service contract I would have nothing to do with them. I took truck to reputable tire shop and had it fixed for free. And by the way the truck looked better before the half xxx car wash they did. More
