I got the usual great service that Findlay Toyota provides. And this time, I used the Valet service, where they pick up and drop off your vehicle at your preference, which was at my place of employme provides. Looks like everything I asked for was done, most of which were fluid exchanges added to a basic service. So I have to say that they did exactly what I requested at the price agreed on. The stuff they recommended I have done were things I already knew about so they weren't trying to unfairly upcharge me. YMMV, but I think that except for the inflated labor charges that all dealers hit you with, they are at least honest about what they do. More

The service department was friendly but I was not told anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. When I picked up my car I was just told to go to the cashier and pick anything about how the service went, what was done or if there were any issues. Also, when doing this review I looked at your inventory on line because I am thinking about trading my car in for a new one. I was disappointed to see "call for price" on your vehicles. This just made me suspicious about your tactics and made me decide to check out other dealers. More
