The service department at Findlay Toyota is excellent. The service writer, Will Collier, knows what he's doing and is an ethical person. While the wait can be long, it's not really a big deal since I expect it when more than one repair has to be done. It helps that the music played over the loudspeakers is enjoyable. The reason for a four star rating instead of a five has to do more with the sales department and the scarcity of inventory of new vehicles on the lot other than Tundras. And, the prices of new Toyotas have gotten to the point that when it's time for a new vehicle, it may very well be something other than a Toyota. More

Pay attention to details. Tire light sensor on. I told the service writer, showed him. He said he would take care of this. Then texted SUV is ready. All set, good to go he sa Tire light sensor on. So the service write is blind! No checks and balances. He put air in the spare. Light went off. You people didn't check the air in the other tires. I had enough of wasting my xxxxing time. I stopped at a Tires store down the road. Service writer was more than happy to help me. He took care of all the tires. I tipped him $20 Bucks. 3 days later, I took my other car in for 4 new tires. $1500 total. Details just cost you new business. I know who ever reads this does not care, but do better! More
