Had ToyotaCare 5K / 6 Month service performed. I inspected the service performed when I got home and found every wheel lug nut over tightened. One was at 110 ft/Lb, 16 at 100 ft/lb and 3 at 80 f I inspected the service performed when I got home and found every wheel lug nut over tightened. One was at 110 ft/Lb, 16 at 100 ft/lb and 3 at 80 ft/lb. The correct torque spec is 76 ft/lb. Found 12 damaged lug nuts due most likely to improper use of a pneumatic impact wrench adjusted to a high torque. Found 1 missing valve stem cap and 2 extremely loose valve stem caps. Found 3 tires inflated to 36 psi, 35 psi, 32 psi and 1 tire correctly inflated to 33 psi. The poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail demonstrated with this very simple service gives me no confidence in returning to this dealership in the future. More
