I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your dealership. Throughout the purchasing process, I encountered poor customer service and a rude, unprofessional attitude from members of your staff. Wh dealership. Throughout the purchasing process, I encountered poor customer service and a rude, unprofessional attitude from members of your staff. What should have been an exciting experience became frustrating and stressful. In addition, mistakes were made during the vehicle purchase process that have now caused significant issues with registering my new vehicle through the DMV. Because of these errors, I am unable to complete the registration process, which has created unnecessary inconvenience and concern. I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from your dealership. I would appreciate prompt action to correct these mistakes and resolve the registration issue as soon as possible. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and the accuracy of its sales and documentation processes. More

Jesse was a great help with getting my tire replaced due to an unexpected puncture at work. In just one day he was able to get the tire to the shop and get it replaced. Courtney was also super friendly with reaching out to me prior to my service to see how it was! Overall, great place to come to for services and sales. More

Findlay Toyota has been a solid company. Why they decided to end complimentary car washes doesn’t pass the smell test. Just say it is to save money. Too many Toyota technicians are stating not to do it. If it is found that the change to 10k was to save a buck and it is found to cause any damage to engines, the lawsuits are gonna severely hurt the brand. Time will tell. More

I brought my 2024 4 Runner in for an oil change on 10 April & then on 24 April I pulled it out of my garage and noticed something leaking. I had only used it two prior times, short trips around Henderson April & then on 24 April I pulled it out of my garage and noticed something leaking. I had only used it two prior times, short trips around Henderson & no leak. I now had at least a quart of oil on the floor of my garage and all down my driveway. I took it immediately back to Findlay Toyota service where I waited for approx. 1.5 hrs. Prognosis, the oil filter had a bad "O" ring seal. Service changed it out & topped off the oil. I find this hard to believe. I would believe the oil filter wasn't tightened properly and if the part was bad that now makes me second guess Toyota parts. Besides this my car was handed back to me with oily hand prints on the hood, the drivers door AND the center console!! I know you no longer wash cars but it would be nice NOT to get ones car back dirtier than I turned it in. Just a note-my wife's Tacoma had an oil change recently & same oily hand prints on the hood. I wish I could say that I'm happy with Findlay Toyota Service but I am clearly not. These are not my only complaints I've had with your service department. I own 3 Toyotas and unfortunately you are the closest dealer to my home. I am however considering the other two dealerships in town for service. You are great at pressure selling Toyotas, if your service department was better it wouldn't be that difficult to sell. Word of mouth what great service you have would pull in more former and new customers. But I've noticed you keep doing the same process since my first purchase in 2012. I'm just glad I wasn't driving in the middle of nowhere New Mexico and lost all my oil due to a "bad" "O" ring gasket. Funny I'm 72, have owned many, many cars and have never had this problem before with any car, oil filter or Service Department until now. Now to clean up the oil spill in my garage and driveway. Please Do Better! More

I would have given Jesse a higher rating except I was at the dealership waiting for two hours till I got up and went looking for him to receive an update plus apparently there was something wrong with my sw the dealership waiting for two hours till I got up and went looking for him to receive an update plus apparently there was something wrong with my sway bar but I wasn’t informed till I got a text about recommend work. I would have loved to have been updated for frequently instead of me having to be the one looking for updates. More

Professional, clean, friendly and excellent service!
