I was so busy on my phone that I didn't notice the message they sent me. I expect that they will approach me to notify me that my car service has been completed. I only noticed the second message they message they sent me. I expect that they will approach me to notify me that my car service has been completed. After signing the documents, I didn't know that my car was already parked in front, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I waited for another 30 minutes. I was waiting inside coz it's cold outside and didn't know that it was already parked up front. So I decided to wait outside and sit on a bench. But when I'm about to sit, I saw my car was parked in front. I gave 5 stars because maybe it's just a miscommunication and misunderstanding, and I blame myself for not asking where my car is. Please approach your customer even though you already texted them. What if I fell asleep and also didn't notice my phone message because it was on silent? I worked 16 hours and was so sleepy and tired but didn't choose to sleep. More
