Deceitful, dishonest, inept!!!! Would have given 0 stars if possible! First, even though a deal was offered, car damage was not disclosed until I looked it up on carfax. Stayed with them even though this was major red flag. Agreed to test drive...drove 30 miles to dealer and no one was there, waited, called and texted...finally found out I had to go next door to try and find salsesman...after 40-45 minutes left to go home....Was told the car was in good condition and had passed a 120 pt inspection...took to a mechanic who said the struts needed to be replaced at about $800.00. They were not willing to lower price or repair struts themselves. BUYER BEWARE AT FINDLAY MOTORS! More

MY OPINION IS THAT HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN BUYING BUT JUST BEING HARD TO DEAL WITH. FINDLAY AND I WERE $700 DIFFERENT AND I 0FFERED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE AND I AM IN MY DREAM CAR--2018 SUBARU CROSSCKEK. Send a message via email web site and spelled out my requirements didn’t want to waste their time or mine and did not want to play any games. I selected a car from their inventory supplied them with VIN and asked if they could do the new car at invoice price. I supplied the following info on my trade; make, model, mileage, and VIN with clear title. I researched my trade and was firm on a price for my trade and would pay the remainder in cash. I received a phone from dealer web staff that they could meet my requirements with the except of the price for my trade due to they needing to see and inspect it. We planned to meet the next morning at the dealership so they could inspect my car and see the clear title. My wife and I arrived at the dealer on time and requested the reps I talked to only to find out they were not available. Another Salesman requested our names and stated he would be right back with the paper work. I told him I was not happy with this situation of dealing with another sales representative. We were then greeted by the General Manager of the dealership and I voiced my concerns to him. He assured me they would do all they can to earn my business. To make a very long story short. After three days of negotiation, I lowered my price on my trade in and we were then about $700.00 to $800.00 difference from completing the deal. Sorry to say, the General Manager stated he couldn’t do it. I stated that he was willing to loss the deal over $700.00 to $800.00 and he stated “Yes”. So, the moral to my story is don’t waste your time like I did and don’t do any negotiating through their Web Site. More

I went in to trade in a 2012 Imprezza and I ended up trading in not only that car but also my 2015 Lexus NX F sport as well. I began with MARK FALK who was able to discuss my options in detail with me, which is what changed my mind on trading in both cars for one new 2018 automobile. The salesperson I spent literally hours with was JIM ROSENAU . If it had not been for his patience and knowledge, I don't think I would have ever closed the deal. Jim was a very unique salesperson in all my years of buying cars; no high pressure; a good listener (needed to understand my concerns and goals): and always pleasant and seemed pleased to see me two days straight. (I would have been quite weary of me--grin). Then the closing with JOE PORTO, who was likewise very patient with me and extremely good at his job . Both Jim and Joe called to followup and I thought that was an extra plus. More
