Being new to the area, I looked at reviews for the closest Subaru dealerships. It was significantly farther to travel to Findlay in Prescott, but I am glad I chose them. I have gotten maintenance and oil change services several times here and they have good availability for appointments and are pretty quick. The waiting area is very nice, comfortable chairs and a some snacks and cold water. Test driving is an easy process. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and are happy to answer any questions. They make buying a vehicle low stress. Everyone in the building seems to be happy and having a good time working there. Even the people waiting in the lobby for their vehicles to be done being serviced seem happy to be there and are usually talking about their Subarus. After buying a vehicle the specialist will go over every button in the car in detail with you and are happy to go over it more than once if you ask. They make an appointment two weeks after you purchase for you to ask any questions. And if you need something sooner, they're available. Even if you don't have any questions they still encourage you to come in. I was very happy with my experience and purchase of my Subaru, and will absolutely come here again if I need another Subaru in the future. And I will continue using them for services and maintenance. More

Replace battery My experience was very positive. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in quickly anyway. My battery exceeded the 36 month warranty by six mo My experience was very positive. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in quickly anyway. My battery exceeded the 36 month warranty by six months. I was hoping for some pro-rated credit which usually comes with batteries that exceed the replacement term. However, I was told that the new dealership owner no longer had a relationship with the battery manufacturer, so I might not get any pro-ration. I left for lunch and within about 15 minutes of my return, my car was ready. I was given a credit for my old battery that would have been equivalent to the pro-ration credit, had it still been in effect. I was very satisfied with the quality and speed of service and the kindliness and understanding of the service staff. More
