Finally got in to this device department to take care of three recalls . Initial service appointment was cancelled because they said Subaru did not ship parts . Ok I get that , called the following week and three recalls . Initial service appointment was cancelled because they said Subaru did not ship parts . Ok I get that , called the following week and still no parts ! I asked if they could call me when the parts arrived ? They said no they couldn’t !! That is poor service . So I called in every week until they had the parts Meanwhile I called other service dealers and they all had the parts available , next time I will be driving 90 miles for my device . Initial service time was 9:30 should be complete by noon Car was not ready till 1:45 More
