Fantastic Matt was great not pushed like other salesman. John Vanwinkle was super helpful explaining all options on the car. Finance department was superb not pushing options. Finally got in to this device department to take care of three recalls . Initial service appointment was cancelled because they said Subaru did not ship parts . Ok I get that , called the following week and three recalls . Initial service appointment was cancelled because they said Subaru did not ship parts . Ok I get that , called the following week and still no parts ! I asked if they could call me when the parts arrived ? They said no they couldn’t !! That is poor service . So I called in every week until they had the parts Meanwhile I called other service dealers and they all had the parts available , next time I will be driving 90 miles for my device . Initial service time was 9:30 should be complete by noon Car was not ready till 1:45 More

Very customer service oriented and manage issues well We purchased a new Outback from Findlay Subaru in Prescott just before Christmas. An overall good experience. Highlights: thorough test drive with We purchased a new Outback from Findlay Subaru in Prescott just before Christmas. An overall good experience. Highlights: thorough test drive with input on key features, lower pressure sales with minimal hard negotiations/games, feeling of fair price including in trade in, great teamwork culture, anyone available, in sales, helped with follow up training and answering questions, very focused on wanting to ensure a good customer experience including a following up appointment after two weeks to go over all questions. We really liked our direct sales person, Justin. Joe Porto and John Van Winkle also made it a very good experience to where my husband wants to become a customer when the time is right. Finance rates were also good. Lowlights: long day for the entire process, still the bit of gamesmanship on negotiations yet we got “there”, process flaws or delays for locked and/or frozen credit. The dealership should be an expert and, appropriately and proactively, inform customers how to efficiently manage their process with their credit to shorten the total time and energy needed. The positives far outweigh the negatives. Service will determine repeat business. Better or best new car buying experience. More
