The staff are always attentive and efficient and personable. But I am disappointed in one thing. Findlay sent me a gift card for my birthday. I forgot to use it when I paid for service. I called back and was told I could not come back for them to refund the gift card amount after the payment. It seems to me that it would have been simple to reverse the $25.00 back onto my debit card. More

I had a subaru in the 80's a Loyale which I absolutely loved!! Was so excited to get my Forester, its so beautiful and such a safe car. Rebecca was so patient and very knowledgable. Our experience with Findlay Subaru was simply awesome from start to finish. We’re from Peoria AZ and tired of dealing with the dealerships in the valley. I spent over 20+ hrs researching pricing, dealer sales tactics, fees, service charges etc., all in preparation of buying my new car. I watched enough youtube videos that I felt more than prepared to deal tactics, fees, service charges etc., all in preparation of buying my new car. I watched enough youtube videos that I felt more than prepared to deal with any sales rep or F&I manager that would try to hard sell me a vehicle and/or dealer add-ons. Fast forward to my experience with Findlay Subaru. From my initial contact with Amy Ray (Customer Care Manager), on to my Sales Rep Rebecca McClure and finally to John Ward and John Van Winkle, I found nothing but a friendly, open and honest transaction. Having purchased quite a few vehicles in my many years, I know that previous new car purchases were not only exhausting, but I always left a dealership thinking that I came out on the wrong side of the deal. Working with Findlay Subaru, I was finally able to leave a dealership feeling good about my purchase. I was a little leery looking at all of the five star ratings on the internet. Now I know why there are so many five stars. Looking for a new car? You need to make Findlay your first stop. You will not be disappointed. More
