I brought my Outback in to the service department for a small oil leak. After 4 months & many mishaps Findley Suburu ended up putting in a engine! A week later, I returned my Outback because of engine ligh small oil leak. After 4 months & many mishaps Findley Suburu ended up putting in a engine! A week later, I returned my Outback because of engine light & other that lit up. I now do Not trust my Outback because of the shoddy work that has been done. The GM promised me a check for monies owed to me and a couple of proposals for me to review in getting me in a newer model Outback. That was mid June, so he asked me to wait until the end of the month. It's now July 26th and I have not received any of what was promised! I love my Outback and was looking forward to buying a newer model. I'm very frustrated and apprehensive about buying from them and having to take a car back to the service department. This is no way to treat the customers or any way for repeat business! More

Great Customer Service and process in purchasing vehicle. This my fourth vehicle from them and always use them for service and parts. I was hoping for more on my trade for being a repeat customer.
