We are proud of a 2020 Aviator and had a few recall items along a transmission issue. We were meet by Austin and super friendly and knew his stuff. Setup a date and time to have car picked up. While car was along a transmission issue. We were meet by Austin and super friendly and knew his stuff. Setup a date and time to have car picked up. While car was in shop was contacting daily by Austin with updates. Got our car back and was seemless and removed most of stress. Your company through Austin receives a Gold Star from my wife and I.
