Anthony, Thanks for the review. I have researched your issue. Most of this was handled with your spouse since she is the owner of the vehicle. We were only informing her of the possible outcomes from the repair. We did not know what we would find until the engine was taken apart. Sorry if there was any confusion. The only charges she had was for the modified aftermarket components to removed and reinstalled. You might not have all the information. When your spouse left, she was happy with our service. Hi Ken this is Michelle his wife and I have to start off by saying you are wrong we own the vehicle together. Next we were only happy to finally have the jeep back in our possession since it was in your service department twice for the same issues and the second time your service department proceeded to tell us to file a false insurance claim which would have been fraud not only on our part but yours as well. Then your dealership decided to then charge us another charge for a modified fee which still doesn't make sense since most people who buys jeep wranglers modify them in some way and even some buy them modified from the dealer. Also your company then proceeded to not partially refund the original bill since Most of the work performed was due to the engine failure in the end. Yes your team eventually did perform the work under warranty but it took us calling FCA corporate to help us make the decision for you. I don't understand why someone would have to jump through all these hoops to get there vehicle serviced and then still have extra charges because your team thinks we should be charged them. We originally like your dealership and sent a very big buyer your way by the first name Georges and many others. I can't officially speak for him but he's very upset with how you treated us as well. I'm not happy with the outcome and will not be coming back to Fields.

SF Jeeps, Sorry to hear you are not happy with Fields Jeep. I have spoken with you several times at length and you never mentioned an employee abusing your car at 75mph. The local police do a great job here and if that happened I am sure they would help us end that type of behavior. We do our best to keep all customers happy. When you get a car at this age things do fail. Even though you feel we did fix your issue I assure you the parts replaced on your vehicle were failing. That does not mean other parts will not fail. We did not agree on anything a year ago. You left the conversation at the point of figuring out how you and your technicians were going to fix what you broke. I did mention your employee led footing my truck, but again nothing was followed through with that I know of. I had the Jeep diagnosed at another shop which is how I know what should have been replaced and what was fine, so I feel like thousands were stolen from me during repairs. Way to go on keeping customers happy....

Brad, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your experience here at Fields. I take customers that feel our integrity is lacking very serious. It is part of all we do here. Yes, you purchased 2 E85 capable vehicles 6 years ago. They are capable of using the E85 fuel. With that said E85 has limitations. In your case you drive very few miles and E85 is know to absorb more moisture than traditional gas. This can affect performance of a vehicle. We recommended that you not use this fuel and keep with traditional fuels. Your vehicle is out of warranty by almost 3 years. Fields does not imply any warranties. We only administer the warranty supplied by 3rd party providers. (Dodge in this case) This is why we did offer a discount as a goodwill gesture. If you feel we were not adequate in our goodwill gesture you can contact me any time. Ken Kowal GM

As an on upright business you should not have had me pay anything to fix this problem. I offered a compromise to only pay for one of the cars' repairs. We spent thousands of dollars at your business and always brought our vans to you. You could have easily not charged us for this but instead you decided to blame this on the customer instead of the salesmen who advised us in the first place. And, I DID call you.
