Unfortunately , after buying many Jeep’s over the years , in the last several months the service department is not run nearly as well as it once was . They tell you to text them with any questions about your in the last several months the service department is not run nearly as well as it once was . They tell you to text them with any questions about your car when it is getting service . They never respond to your text . Then when you call late in the afternoon I have heard the same answer form Seth “was just going to call you “. Or we need your car for another day . Very inconvenient when they usually don’t have loners available . I completely understand that during these difficult times with COVID that business are short handed . However, the employees that you do have are not giving good customer service . So very disappointed in Fields . You guys use to be five stars in your customer service . Bait and Switch Unethical dealer - Thought I was getting a new part and received a part from a scrap yard that broke 12 months later. Only reason I found out was that I went back to use the warranty and fou a new part and received a part from a scrap yard that broke 12 months later.
