Brad Belcher was a great guide throughout the process of buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. He didn't drag me out to the lot and walk me around as had been my experience at other dealerships. He made the effort to identify just two or three options from inside the dealership, making sure they were ready and available, before escorting me to the lot to check them out. I feel in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland instantly (though I tried not to let on!) and we took a test drive right away. Brad was knowledgeable about the car and didn't bat an eye at being relegated to the backseat with my five-year-old so that my mother-in-law could sit shotgun! The price negotiations were quick and painless, without any of the drama, nail-biting and stress usually associated with car sales. Brad was very clear from the beginning that he doesn't like a lot of back-and-forth (me either!) so we got down to the details in no time. He negotiated a great deal on my trade in and soon enough, I was the proud new owner of a fantastic Jeep!
