In the past year I was r Went to Skyland Automotive to get the annual North Carolina inspection for my 2007 Mercedes E-class with over 120,000 miles. In the past year I was required to replace several parts out of warranty and it was quite costly. Talked with Jeremy Shea who sold the 2007 E-class to me in 2008 with less than 3000 miles. This was the 3rd car I had purchased through Jeremy. Told him that I thought it was time to look for something new and did he have a "Good Deal' like last time. Skyland was still in its Memorial Day special and Jeremy was able to find a 2012 Mercedes E-class in excellent condition with less than 12000 miles. I got a very good price on the 2012 with maintenance agreements and a fair price for my trade in. As always, Jeremy was professional and a pleasure to work with. This is now the 4th car I have purchased from Skyland Automotive and the 4th car through Jeremy. I highly recommend both the dealership and Jeremy. More
Great sales team, great service! We wanted the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee and went online to the Jeep website to "build our own". There were a few details we were not budging on. When we went to the dealership we were warmly greeted by Brad Belcher and we began telling him what we wanted. They did not have a Cherokee on the lot with our specifications, nor did they have one at a dealership nearby. Brad offered to order us one directly from the factory with our exact specifications. We went for it and we couldn't be happier! Brad was great communicating with us throughout the entire process and the sales team got us a price better than the internet. We are telling all of our friends and family that we highly recommend Brad and Skyland Automotive!!! More

He was awesome, and incredibly informative, and just altogether friendly and helpful in every way. No pressure, no stress. Just a fun, easygoing time. And of course you're always thinking that in the end you'll get hammered by the price — but in this case I was floored for just the opposite reason: the deal I got was way better than I expected. And wrapping it all up was simple as could be. Just a fantastic car-buying experience. Highly recommended! More

Jeremy Shea was our salesperson for this last purchase and we were very please with the whole new vehicle purchase process. Jeremy was very helpful and had everything prepared and ready to go when we arrived to pick up the truck. He worked with us in getting the accessories we wanted installed and made sure we had a rental vehicle for our use until the truck was ready. Very good experience. More

He asked me what the problem wi When I called to make an appointment to possibly have our starter changed on our 2002 Dodge,I spoke to Ken Bradenburg. He asked me what the problem with our Dodge Caravan was.I told him it didn't always start the first time you tried. Sometimes it took 3-4 tries before we could get it going. He was very nice and talked to me about the problem and told me to ask for him when we came in.When my husband and I arrived with the car ,we asked for Ken and once again ,he was attentive,interested and kind. We are elderly and he made every effort to help us and to make us feel comfortable.We left the car and Ken was very up front with us,he told us that if the problem was the starter ,they would have to order one for us. He said he would call after the car was checked by a mechanic,which he did.Ken told us we had an oil leak which we knew about, he said the car started right up ,so they asked us to leave it over night. Ken kept us appraised throughout, he told us what it would cost to fix both the oil leak and for the new starter. When we picked up the car the price was incorrect. Ken spent a half hour getting the bill straight so that we paid the quoted fee. If we ever have a problem with the car,It's Ken I will ask for. I can't say how the car will start and run ,because we just got it back today. More
Service - What Service? I brought my truck in at 11.00 am, as arranged, for a basic service and a brake check. I was told that I would be called within the hour to let me know what work would be required. After waiting an hour, we were finally given a lift downtown. I spent the rest of the day trying to find out what work was necessary and when the truck would be ready. None of my calls and messages were answered (except one) and no information was provided. Scott returned my call once but did not have any knowledge of the status of my truck. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes but he never did. We returned to the dealer at 5.00 pm and were told that the truck was being serviced. At 5.30 pm, the truck was returned. The inspection and oil change had, apparently, been completed but the brakes still needed repair. The service manager was pathetic. He said that they had three staff members out and nothing could have been done to improve the quality of service. This is a big dealership but the management of the service center is atrocious and they have no idea how to communicate. If they had explained about their staff shortage in the first place, I could have taken my business elsewhere and would have not wasted my whole day. This is not an acceptable quality of service from a main Dodge dealership. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as my usual experience of Dodge dealerships is very positive. More

Our Sales representative was Brad Belcher. Brad impressed us as being honest, helpful, and obviously intent on working with us to get the best purchase satisfactory to us and to Skyland. We ended with a better purchase than we had expected. We would definitely return to Skyland again and will recommend Brad as the contact person bar none.
