Service - What Service? I brought my truck in at 11.00 am, as arranged, for a basic service and a brake check. I was told that I would be called within the hour to let me kn I brought my truck in at 11.00 am, as arranged, for a basic service and a brake check. I was told that I would be called within the hour to let me know what work would be required. After waiting an hour, we were finally given a lift downtown. I spent the rest of the day trying to find out what work was necessary and when the truck would be ready. None of my calls and messages were answered (except one) and no information was provided. Scott returned my call once but did not have any knowledge of the status of my truck. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes but he never did. We returned to the dealer at 5.00 pm and were told that the truck was being serviced. At 5.30 pm, the truck was returned. The inspection and oil change had, apparently, been completed but the brakes still needed repair. The service manager was pathetic. He said that they had three staff members out and nothing could have been done to improve the quality of service. This is a big dealership but the management of the service center is atrocious and they have no idea how to communicate. If they had explained about their staff shortage in the first place, I could have taken my business elsewhere and would have not wasted my whole day. This is not an acceptable quality of service from a main Dodge dealership. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as my usual experience of Dodge dealerships is very positive. More

Our Sales representative was Brad Belcher. Brad impressed us as being honest, helpful, and obviously intent on working with us to get the best purchase satisfactory to us and to Skyland. We ended with a better purchase than we had expected. We would definitely return to Skyland again and will recommend Brad as the contact person bar none. Brad Belcher was a great guide throughout the process of buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. He took the time to talk to me in order to fully understand exactly what I needed in a car, what I was lookin buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. He took the time to talk to me in order to fully understand exactly what I needed in a car, what I was looking for and what would work best for me personally. He didn't drag me out to the lot and walk me around as had been my experience at other dealerships. He made the effort to identify just two or three options from inside the dealership, making sure they were ready and available, before escorting me to the lot to check them out. I feel in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland instantly (though I tried not to let on!) and we took a test drive right away. Brad was knowledgeable about the car and didn't bat an eye at being relegated to the backseat with my five-year-old so that my mother-in-law could sit shotgun! The price negotiations were quick and painless, without any of the drama, nail-biting and stress usually associated with car sales. Brad was very clear from the beginning that he doesn't like a lot of back-and-forth (me either!) so we got down to the details in no time. He negotiated a great deal on my trade in and soon enough, I was the proud new owner of a fantastic Jeep!
