Dear Kate Hernandez, My name is Stephanie and I am the Internet Sales Manager here at Skyland. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with us, and I hope that somehow we can make it right. I spoke with Brad Belcher to get a little background on what happened, and I just wanted you to know that I worked closely with Michael Long, who was your original sales person, and I know that he is an honest and caring individual who would not use misleading sales tactics on his customers. I am sorry that you feel you were misled - that was not our intention. I do not know the details of your transaction, but it sounds to me like your husband was offered a certain percentage for financing (perhaps 0%?) over the phone or via email, but when you went into our financing office, your husband did not qualify for that percentage. What should have been made more clearly to you and your husband is that our manufacturers do offer 0% to all of our customers, but that does not mean the bank will qualify them for that amount. That is always up to the banks and unfortunately not in our control. Again I don't know if that was the case in your situation, but I just wanted to explain that in case it was, and I apologize this was not made more clear during your time here with us. As for the window sticker, I did follow up with our Chrysler manager and he said it takes two weeks to get one delivered here. I will make sure that happens. I’m very sorry that you have not received one yet. We dropped the ball there. Please give me your preferred mailing address and I will have it mailed to you as soon as I receive it. As for your service experience, I will address this with our service director. The person who spoke with you on the phone should not have spoken to you that way. If you are still in need of an appointment, I will schedule it for you personally and make sure you have a loaner vehicle while it is being serviced. Please let me know ASAP and we will make that happen. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please let me know what we can do to make it right. Stephanie, we have been waiting for that sticker since we came in in September. We were advised that it would take 2 weeks then. I am dumbfounded that Skyland never followed through with that and I am still waiting two months later. I agree that Mr. Long is a great person but he was new to the sales floor and lacked supervision during the transaction. My interaction with the service person today soured this relationship further as she was rude and uncaring. At Waynesville, the codes showed that there was a transmission problem. I could not get the vehicle over 60 on the highway. Your service person suggested I drive this vehicle WITH children 50 miles in this condition. This is not my first purchase of a new car. I have never seen such unprofessional blame shifting and total apathy for the consumer experience.

UPDATE from Mitch Fortune from Google Reviews: After a series of transmission issues and repeated unsuccessful repair attempts by Skyland's service department, my new Jeep ultimately had a final breakdown/meltdown on the side of the road. Skyland went to bat for me with Chrysler and was able to get them to buy back my 2015 Jeep Cherokee because of all the problems with it. Skyland was also was able to get me into a new replacement vehicle very quickly. Thank you Skyland for getting this resolved!
