Pleasant experience through and through Car buying for me is next to going to the dentist. I have to do it but I don't like it one bit. In fact, I always dread it. It was no different when my wife and I walked on lot at Skyland Automotive. The owner John Parker is a friend of mine and one of the finest men I know, but I did not want to use that or mention it to get better service. I wanted whatever I got to be honest. Brad Belcher greeted my wife and I at the Jeep Cherokees. I am a researcher and we had narrowed our search to 3 different vehicles (Ford, Honda and Jeep), drove them and had settled on the 2015 Cherokee. Since this was my wife's car, she had picked out the "need to haves". Brad found the exact model with the options we wanted so we could test drive. Brad explained the necessary items on the car in detail before we drove. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He told us the usual sales stuff like I want to earn your business and I will work hard for you. What was different about the usual sales talk was I actually believed him. I am usually a skeptic when it comes to sales people but with Brad there was a feeling of earnestness. He proved that throughout the sales and buying experience. The whole process was of buying was painless, except for writing the check (that's always painful). Everyone at the dealership from the manager to Jan in finance was pleasant, respectful and appreciated our business. I would not hesitate to refer business to Brad as the salesman and to John Parker as the owner. Great people period. More

Brad Belcher is the BEST! As such (and rightly or wrongly), I typically go into dealerships with my "game face" on and a "don't mess with me attitude". I have no problem demanding what I want and walking if I feel like I'm being "jacked around." I am more than pleased to report that Skyland Automotive in general, and Brad Belcher, my salesmen and Dwayne, his sales manager, simply do not play these games. They hit you right between the eyes with a fair deal and provide unflinchingly honest and courteous service from the moment that they greet you. In addition, Brad simply bent over backwards to find and to build for me the PERFECT Ram pickup truck with the right color and with all the right "goodies." Even when I was my most "edgy" during the deal, Brad's courtesy and professionalism never wavered one iota. I can say without any reservation whatsoever, that if you are interested in a Mercedes, Mazda or Chrysler product, do yourself a favor and contact Brad Belcher before you do anything else. You will save yourself a ton of footwork and heartbreak and money if you do. I am not surprised with all of the 5 star reviews that Brad has received. He is "old school" from the get-go. Most salesmen use the over-used phrase "I wanna earn your business" as just another trick in a bagful of sales toy ploys. Brad really means it. He works very hard, maintains coolness, politeness and professionalism at all times, returns phone calls in an incredibly timely fashion and is genuinely grateful when you do business with him. I simply can't say enough good things about Brad and Skyland. More

Even though this dealership seems to have cornered the market on sincerely friendly personnel, Sam is the top dweller in the top drawer! He is a fine person and I have never felt like he has been anything but totally honest with me. I know that is high praise indeed for the way most people regard car salesmen, but Sam works hard to earn and deserve such adulation. I know I'm not the only buyer who keeps coming back to Sam for he has a long list of repeat customers who remember his type of service and keep coming back to him. If you're looking for a new car, especially a Mercedes, Chrysler, Mazda, or Mitsubishi, it will be worth your time to drive out of your way past other dealership offering these brands to deal with Sam King.
