Worth driving 700 miles! Every 3 years we trade our commercial fleet of Dodge Ram 3500's in. Every 3 years I search the web for trucks with the specific features we need and c Every 3 years we trade our commercial fleet of Dodge Ram 3500's in. Every 3 years I search the web for trucks with the specific features we need and call 3 or 4 dealers trying to see who will A) understand what we do and why we need what we need and B) that will give us a good deal on our trade-ins. Skeeter at Skyland did just that. She was the only dealer that didn't try to rob our current trucks from us. We didn't get what we want (but who does with trades?) but it was certainly fair. We drove 690 miles from Florida to get there and are very pleased with how ready they were for us when we got there. We were back in the road 45 mins later. Hopefully when we look for trucks in 3 years they will have or can get the trucks we need so we can work with them again. This is round 3 of fleet trade-ins for me and it was by far the most enjoyable. Anne in finance was also awesome and super helpful. More

The most horrible experience I've ever had I brought my Jeep in because at times it would start. I never received a call so two days later I called to see what was going on. They said it was do I brought my Jeep in because at times it would start. I never received a call so two days later I called to see what was going on. They said it was done. When I got there I was told nothing was found but I need back brake and rotors. I had told them JUST to check them due to the fact that they had been done in February. So my bill for brakes that they weren't suppose to fix was 507.00. The very next morning I go to start my car so I can go to work and it wouldn't start! I'm a single mother and had to find rides all weekend. I thought that a dealership had to call with a estimate I would of never told them to fix my brakes for that kind of money. They stole and took advantage of me. More

Purchased used Toyota truck. After six weeks of researching and test driving various makes/models and visiting numerous dealers, I drove 94 miles to the Skyland Auto Group. Their sales rep, Skeeter Golden Coin, inspite of a 31 degree day with winds gusting to 40mph, was absolutely wonderful to work with on selecting my truck. She was without a doubt the kindest, most helpful and sincere sales person I have met over my 40 years of purchasing cars. In the past I have always bought a new vehicle but was looking for a good, reliable, less expensive truck for work. Skeeter approached this transaction as though I was purchasing a $150, 000 Mercedes. If I ever get to the point I can do that, she will be the one I ask for. Greeat job. Thank you Skeeter.
