Brad let me know that although they did not have a Trailhawk on the lot that they would have one within about a week and that I was welcome to come back and compare the two. He had a training the day that I was finally ready to do the final transaction but was nice enough to come back in and work with me. I anticipated that with him being off the clock he'd probably want to rush home after the deal was done, but he didn't. He showed me how to use the particular features of my new truck. He also took the time to show me some other vehicles that I was looking at for my assistant even though it was made clear that I wouldn't be buying today.
