Excellent Used Car Buying Experience I was in the market for a quality used car, and found a very nice used Nissan Altima at Skyland. The salesman, Glen Gasbarro, was great and very frien I was in the market for a quality used car, and found a very nice used Nissan Altima at Skyland. The salesman, Glen Gasbarro, was great and very friendly. Even though they were very busy the afternoon we were shopping, he took the time to speak with my daughter and make her feel comfortable and involved. They were also able to secure financing for the car, despite my previous credit issues. Great experience! More

Horrible Service Department I brought my RAM in for minor repairs, brakes squeaking, drivetrain issues, seat dinger non-functional, nothing "appeared" a large concern, just neede I brought my RAM in for minor repairs, brakes squeaking, drivetrain issues, seat dinger non-functional, nothing "appeared" a large concern, just needed some things addressed on this BRAND NEW truck. Service department is compromised of some of the most unfriendliest and arrogant individuals I have had the pleasure of being around in a long time. I called them 2 days later, to find out they didnt fix anything but "alleged tighten a few bolts. The service guy names Grant, was very pretentious, and refused to repair the back brakes which are clearly causing issues. His response was "you have 24 hrs to get your vehicle or you will be charged for storage" Honestly, if your reading this poor review, they have a poor reputation in my community, so much so that the press is now getting involved to verify their practices. Candidly speaking, this is one review, but seeking an alternative would be a wise choice. This is not place you need or want to go! More
