Absolutely Perfect I have not purchased a new vehicle since 1974.. I have purchased many pre owned in my live. I was not looking forward to this venture.. Well I WAS WRONG... They did exactly what they say in their ads. No Pressure. I came in and looked. Came back and took a test drive ( by myself which I liked...) Skeeter Coin was extremely helpful, and Dwayne Streetman..WOW He worked to find me every rebate possible, gave me a great price on the Eco Diesel Ram Big Horn Found me a deal on a set of Running Boards.. This was the best buying experience ever...Don't change a thing... You got this process RIGHT..., More

At first I was told it would have to wait until the following day and I explained that I had to wok the following day and that I had already made arrangements for a friend to drive me over and she was 45 minutes from me. We were en route so I was told to come on and we did - sale finalized but the care was not gone ovr with me which is fine, its just taking me some extra time to familiarize myself. More
They are an upstanding and organization. I purchased a used, low mileage, Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Skyland. I was seeking a specific color and options package. Skyland was one of the few dealerships that had one in stock. In that I live on the West Coast, I had to rely on their honesty and representations. After we came to what I believe was a very fair deal, they shipped the car to me. It arrived about a week later. It was exactly as represented except that it was missing the cargo cover. After noticing them of the deficiency, they shipped the part to me. Almost one year later, I discovered that for some unexplainable reason, the vehicle had a mismatched set of tires on it. The mismatch caused the car to become unstable under wet conditions. As a result of the discovery, I was forced to buy a complete new set of tires. I later contacted Skyland to try to learn how the vehicle passed a safety inspection with the mismatched tires on it. In that it was a year later, they were unable to reconstruct the records well enough to give me an explanation. They did however, acknowledge that the vehicle should not have been delivered to me in that condition. They volunteered, one year after the sale, to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the tires. I am very impressed the integrity of this company. More

He located the JEEP we had requested and began sending me all of the information that I needed. From start to finish, this experience was the best! Great prices, Great trade in value, and GREAT Customer Service! Not only did we buy one JEEP that day, but TWO! Poor service center Will not ever take my vehicle again. Each time, it's a Dodge-it stays in the shop, they act like they just don't have a clue how to fix it and give me Will not ever take my vehicle again. Each time, it's a Dodge-it stays in the shop, they act like they just don't have a clue how to fix it and give me the run around when they can figure it out. That is if they are being truthful. Three trips for brakes, I fixed myself. Spent two days with them on antifreeze leak and other leaks to get nothing done and a sob story that they don't know what the problem is. Fixed the problem myself for 18 dollars. We were going to pay the $600 for the antifreeze leak. when they started this, "We are not sure what the problem is," even after I point the problem out to them and took them all day for that, that was it. I can understand a backwoods mechanic not fully knowing about various vehicle fixes, but the dealership should know their vehicles and how to fix them. You drop the ball the Skyland Dodge. More
