My wife and I were in the market for a vehicle after the engine on her Jeep Grand Cherokee had blown. I contacted the dealership online because I was out of town on business in North Dakota but my wife was home. I was contacted by the online sales manager who asked me several questions about what we were looking for and to set-up a time to be in. I reluctant agreed to a set time because of my absence. My wife went kicking and screaming but when she arrived it was like being a part of the family. She met with Joseph that morning with her mind set on getting another Jeep Gran Cherokee. Mind you, i was out of town and my wife would call me and send me pictures to discuss the days activities. She was kinda of bummed because she didn't think she was going to be able to get a car that she wanted. I had to remind her that this vehicle was for her and not for me. Joseph patiently guided her through the vehicle experience until she found what she wanted. Once ready to complete the deal I submitted all the necessary documentation through emails and fax. Skyland had to overnight the documentation of the contract to me to have a wet signature. My wife was able to take the vehicle with her that day and was all smiles. Did I mention also that this was deemed my wife's anniversary present as well. This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with and we encourage everyone to come here. This is the only dealership that we will ever deal with. But the used vehicle had a cracked windshield in it and one of the guys in the office said it was going to be fixed. But the sales manager later tells me it's not going to be fixed and also wants to raise the price of the vehicle. Then calls my phone and wants to act like a child because I told my sales man that the vehicle is listed for the cheaper price thats what im paying. Awesome sales man terrible management. More
