Dodge Dart Joseph Belcher was AWESOME!! My husband and myself walked into the showroom floor very upset as the truck we just purchased in October was having mech Joseph Belcher was AWESOME!! My husband and myself walked into the showroom floor very upset as the truck we just purchased in October was having mechanical issues. Joseph was the first person we seen and he was very helping in at first just answering our question, then what turned into decided we wanted to trade in the truck for a car or suv. He was very patient with us in being picky on the color and the interior, to deciding we wanted to look at a totally different vehicle. He went above and beyond to help us and making sure we were comfortable in the waiting process. More

Happy Camper After shopping around online I went to the dealer to look at their inventory of new Jeep Grand Cherokees a talk price. I got set up with their sales man Glen Gasbarro who was very friendly and helpful. I found a vehicle on their lot that was just what I wanted. They presented me with with a no nonsense deal that not only had a fantastic sales price but they gave me a great deal on my trade in. Unexpected customer service. While traveling on President's Day in 75 degree heat, my air conditioner started blowing hot air, making me feel ill. I called my regular dealership While traveling on President's Day in 75 degree heat, my air conditioner started blowing hot air, making me feel ill. I called my regular dealership who said they could work me in 4 days later...unacceptable! I contacted Skyland Automotive & explained my problem. Mike DeLane, the service rep, was so understanding & immediately gave me an appointment for early the next morning. Since I live an hour from this dealership, I asked if I could drop the car off as I drove through Asheville on my way home. Uncertain about traffic & whether I would arrive before the dealership closed, Mike explained several options to put my mind at ease. Mike promptly called the next morning with the diagnostic information, outlined every cost and how long the repair would take. He made my husband & me feel our car was in good hands. Even though this dealership is one hour from our home, the courtesy & peace of mind we received from Mike will make it worth the drive for us to use this dealership for all future maintenance. This dealership is courteous, efficient & do exactly what they say they will do. More

Buying a Granny Van I had been without a van for a year and my husband's truck was not big enough to haul around 5 grandkids which I did almost daily. I stopped iin late one Saturday just to walk the lot and wish shop. I had someone checking out a used van for me. Even though it was near closing time. Jewel came out to check on me. I talked her ears off. I has the best time (shopping) than I had had in a long time. I took up 3 hours of her time when she could have been home. I left with a better deal on a new 2016 van than the used one I was looking to buy. I love my new friend Jewel and my Red Granny Van. More
