Excellent Used Car Buying Experience I was in the market for a quality used car, and found a very nice used Nissan Altima at Skyland. The salesman, Glen Gasbarro, was great and very frien I was in the market for a quality used car, and found a very nice used Nissan Altima at Skyland. The salesman, Glen Gasbarro, was great and very friendly. Even though they were very busy the afternoon we were shopping, he took the time to speak with my daughter and make her feel comfortable and involved. They were also able to secure financing for the car, despite my previous credit issues. Great experience! More

Horrible Service Department I brought my RAM in for minor repairs, brakes squeaking, drivetrain issues, seat dinger non-functional, nothing "appeared" a large concern, just neede I brought my RAM in for minor repairs, brakes squeaking, drivetrain issues, seat dinger non-functional, nothing "appeared" a large concern, just needed some things addressed on this BRAND NEW truck. Service department is compromised of some of the most unfriendliest and arrogant individuals I have had the pleasure of being around in a long time. I called them 2 days later, to find out they didnt fix anything but "alleged tighten a few bolts. The service guy names Grant, was very pretentious, and refused to repair the back brakes which are clearly causing issues. His response was "you have 24 hrs to get your vehicle or you will be charged for storage" Honestly, if your reading this poor review, they have a poor reputation in my community, so much so that the press is now getting involved to verify their practices. Candidly speaking, this is one review, but seeking an alternative would be a wise choice. This is not place you need or want to go! More

Joseph was the first person we seen and he was very helping in at first just answering our question, then what turned into decided we wanted to trade in the truck for a car or suv. He was very patient with us in being picky on the color and the interior, to deciding we wanted to look at a totally different vehicle. Unexpected customer service. While traveling on President's Day in 75 degree heat, my air conditioner started blowing hot air, making me feel ill. I called my regular dealership While traveling on President's Day in 75 degree heat, my air conditioner started blowing hot air, making me feel ill. I called my regular dealership who said they could work me in 4 days later...unacceptable! I contacted Skyland Automotive & explained my problem. Mike DeLane, the service rep, was so understanding & immediately gave me an appointment for early the next morning. Since I live an hour from this dealership, I asked if I could drop the car off as I drove through Asheville on my way home. Uncertain about traffic & whether I would arrive before the dealership closed, Mike explained several options to put my mind at ease. Mike promptly called the next morning with the diagnostic information, outlined every cost and how long the repair would take. He made my husband & me feel our car was in good hands. Even though this dealership is one hour from our home, the courtesy & peace of mind we received from Mike will make it worth the drive for us to use this dealership for all future maintenance. This dealership is courteous, efficient & do exactly what they say they will do. More
