Our first contact was with sales associate, Joseph Belcher. Joseph immediately made us feel welcome and I felt Joseph was really tuned into what we were looking for in our potential purchase for a new vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Joseph took the time in answering all of our questions and gave us many options in finding a vehicle that would best suit our needs in a budget we felt comfortable with. Joseph also took the time to introduce us to the sales manager and gave us a tour of the dealership in order to familiarize us with other services offered such as the parts department, body shop and service department. In addition, Joseph also took the time to assist us with downloading the Uconnect Access App to our phones as well providing a detailed tutorial of the many features my particular vehicle offered.
