Very easy & smooth process I knew what kind of car I wanted when I entered the dealership, but I was nervous anyway because it was my first car purchase (ever). I pretty much ha I knew what kind of car I wanted when I entered the dealership, but I was nervous anyway because it was my first car purchase (ever). I pretty much had no idea what to expect. Javier immediately walked us throughout the selection of cars that I was interested in. I then test drove the car I wanted, and then Javier worked very hard to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. I was able to leave that same day with the exact car that I wanted. He continues to be very helpful post-car buying process and I really appreciate that. I am very glad that I chose Skyland Automotive to buy my first car. I look forward to working with them in the future for future purchases, and have encouraged my friends and family members to go there first before they go anywhere else.
