Unprofessional management My sales man was Tom Pethtel and he was great I couldn't ask for a better sales man. But the used vehicle had a cracked windshield in it and one of th My sales man was Tom Pethtel and he was great I couldn't ask for a better sales man. But the used vehicle had a cracked windshield in it and one of the guys in the office said it was going to be fixed. But the sales manager later tells me it's not going to be fixed and also wants to raise the price of the vehicle. Then calls my phone and wants to act like a child because I told my sales man that the vehicle is listed for the cheaper price thats what im paying. Awesome sales man terrible management. More

Best Auto Purchase EVER! I was in the market for a new SUV, because my jeep was no longer running. I met with Joseph Belcher, and immediately impressed! Not only by his prof I was in the market for a new SUV, because my jeep was no longer running. I met with Joseph Belcher, and immediately impressed! Not only by his professional attire, but his willingness to listen to what I REALLY needed out of a vehicle and suggesting what fit best within the parameters I had set. By him listening to what I TRULY needed, he was able to get me a vehicle that I would not have initially wanted. It was by far the best vehicle purchase decision I have made! The other professionals who I interacted with were: Jan, Perkina, Sena Allison and Dwayne Streetman. All of whom provided excellent service as well! New car lease I would like to share my experience that my wife and I had wen shopping for a new vehicle at Skyland Automotive. Our first contact was with sales as I would like to share my experience that my wife and I had wen shopping for a new vehicle at Skyland Automotive. Our first contact was with sales associate, Joseph Belcher. Joseph immediately made us feel welcome and I felt Joseph was really tuned into what we were looking for in our potential purchase for a new vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Joseph took the time in answering all of our questions and gave us many options in finding a vehicle that would best suit our needs in a budget we felt comfortable with. Joseph also took the time to introduce us to the sales manager and gave us a tour of the dealership in order to familiarize us with other services offered such as the parts department, body shop and service department. In addition, Joseph also took the time to assist us with downloading the Uconnect Access App to our phones as well providing a detailed tutorial of the many features my particular vehicle offered. Even though my Wife and I realize that Joseph's main goal is to ultimately sell us a vehicle, he made the buying experience hassle free and void of any pressure to purchase that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph Belcher to my friends and family. Skyland Automotive is blessed to have Joseph on their team as a truly professional, passionate, and caring sales associate.
