Terrible, horrible service department! Sales staff is actually great to deal with; always feel like we get a good deal. We have purchased several vehicles with Dwayne and he is responsive Sales staff is actually great to deal with; always feel like we get a good deal. We have purchased several vehicles with Dwayne and he is responsive to work with. HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service department! I am not certain how after so many years, Matthew Garren is still employed as the Service Dept Manager. Phone calls are never returned, impossible to call and get an update or even make an appointment. I end up just dropping by and leaving my vehicle because I can never get in touch with anyone. They've had my car for over a week and can't get anyone to call me back with an update. Sales guy even went and talked to them a few times, still nothing. For this reason alone, this will be my absolute last purchase from this dealership. I rather drive out of my way for purchasing and servicing my car than deal with Skyland any longer. More

"The best car buying experience we've had" My husband and I found a car we were interested in online. We live two hours from Asheville, so the majority of the 'deal' was handled via text/phone. When we arrived at the dealership, Glen was very welcoming and had the car cleaned and ready to go. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, but Glen truly worked hard to get us what we wanted. Scott was the concierge for Mercedes and he was very knowledgeable and thorough in educating you about the car. Mark was awesome at handling the financial paperwork, and he developed a wonderful rapport with us while going through the mound of papers. We didn't walk away with any regrets! Joseph Belcher from sales took me on as a some-what interested customer and was very friendly and easy to work with. He was not pushy at all. Was willing to work with me over a several day period while I waited for my husband to return from out of town with the car we were interested in trading. He suggested taking the car I was interest in to my mechanic for a check over which I had intended to do anyway. The car passed with flying colors. And a deal was made. More

Not willing to negotiate I was given ONE bottom line $1000 off offer by Tony Sellers, then negotions abruptly stopped. It was basically a take it or leave it experience. Top notch excellent people Let me start off by saying I have never written a review of a dealership and and have bought upwards of 30 vehicles. I traveled 18 hours for this car. Let me start off by saying I have never written a review of a dealership and and have bought upwards of 30 vehicles. I traveled 18 hours for this car. Excellent price with the exact options/color I wanted. The true test came when there were a few body imperfections with the car upon my inspection. Some blemishes (door dings and area on front bumper that had been lightly damaged from another vehicle). They called out the body guys and had things repaired that night. The dealer provided me with another car to drive while this was being repaired (I was vacationing about an hour away). The second test came the next day when the repair on the bumper was not exactly right and Dwayane the sales manager right off the bat acknowledged the problem and was very quick to make it right. I am a car guy. This car in particular was more to me than something to get from point A to point B. This transaction was not the quickest car buying experience Ive had due to the minor problems that arose but these people are among the finest people in the business. More
