The last thing we want to do is make someone mad when we give a straightforward price. Most customers tell us that they would like the best price to begin with. I'm sorry that this i is not your preferred method. When someone makes a counter offer that we can accommodate we will try our best to meet their expectations. However, we did concede to your request of two additional tires which would have come ato a acost of $652.72. mounted a balacned that was an additonal cost taht we would have had to incur. Im sorry that we culd not agree to the additional $2,500 off and the extension of the warranty by 4 years. -Tony Sellers
