Internet sales team treats you like family! I have been looking a particular car and due to work schedule im unable to go to lots. I already knew that id be treated as a non buying customer and I found I was right. With other dealer's it was in a lot of cases like pulling teeth to get window stickers, extra photos, ect. But not with Chris and Heather. Before I could ask they sent sticker even video and just went out of their way to help me find a car. Very patient with me answered all my questions and I have yet received any pressure to buy. They not only email me but ask after my well being. I mean what dealer does that, what dealer actually cares if you had a good day or have to work holiday's? None that I've found until them. They have every reason to feel ( like most others ive delt with) I will not come and buy a car. They know im comparing others and that I live hours away. But im still treated like good family. I worked with Neal McGrath who spent much time explaining the procedure and the vehicle, and with Mark MIller, Business Manager who went far above the usual to make sure everything was in order, and did a lot od running around to bring it all together. This was an easy and pleasant experience, and, I'm an old guy and have purchased many vehicles over the years. So I drove out in an 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that was the perfect choice for our needs, and extended coverage for 6 years. What can and has been a frustrating and difficult procedure was more like a family reunion. I'll go back for sure. More
