This dealership is overworked with the amount of vehicles they service on a daily basis. While the staff itself is great, the service department is way too overworked, thus wait times are increased from chec they service on a daily basis. They also don’t give loaner cars unless your car was purchased through them, unlike EVERY other BMW dealership in the world and it’s mainly because they have monopolized the area and thus don't feel that simple courtesy is necessary.
