Brought my car in for a recall repair at 7:30am drop off. I had to wait until 3:30pm to pick up the car because the car wash was backed up. The repair was accomplished as promised but the car wash had much t I had to wait until 3:30pm to pick up the car because the car wash was backed up. Someone needs to perform quality control by the car wash before releasing car to customer. More

They were unable to address the reason for condensation in the side view mirror, also the annoying squeaking noise coming from the trunk has returned. Also had to pay for an alignment to fix the “pulling” to the right side, that was never addressed during the CPO inspection. More
